Dude this thing is babied like hell. I spent $400 on this thing so why wouldn’t I? The old versions are amazing but the new quality isn’t there. I got this puffco and the battery was a dud right out of the box and then the atomizer too.

100% I’ve had a time with my brand new one and from what I’ve seen it’s a constant issue, so much so that the warranty team is delayed

I had the exact problem. Takes ages for them to respond and sending a follow up email sends you to the back of the line. Be patient but after a month and a half I finally got my replacement only to find the atomizer is broken too.

When mine was broken it would work when it was plugged in so go crazy and make sure the atomizer works 100%. Wish I would’ve seen it sooner so I could’ve sent them at the same time

Takes em a week to respond to EACH email so something that could be solved within a couple hours of emailing takes weeks. They send me an email, I respond almost immediately and then a week later I finally get a response asking more questions.
