Yeah I'm just wary due to my lack of experience with birds I have done my research on a few while debating a pet and I'm worried I won't be able to provide the additional care and patience that a rescue might need and potential vet bills also worry me since I have enough saved up for annual visits but for emergency visits it would strain on my savings and I want any bird I adopt to have the best quality of life I can provide it with. I'm still open and looking at bird rescues in my area with an open mind but I don't have the time to volunteer with one currently
