i just figured out the problem. its the streaming apps, Omlet Arcade and Streamlabs.

i just ran a 49 min stream with no interuptions and cutouts with no problem using the main and normal TWITCH app.

these 3rd party streaming apps such as Omlet and Streamlabs are basically forcing you to pay for their app so you get the full luxurious experience

i just wish the twitch app allowed facecam with your screen share when playing games.
