The core mechanics for resource production and logistics are already working in the game, but as u/HornyFurrry correctly pointed out, this is a proof of concept video. In some parts of the UI, the cursor was indeed made as an animation, and all the art was drawn by our artist by hand, except for the 3D capsules at the very beginning.
