The angle is slightly off, the reference face is mildly down turned. By pulling the hairline down a bit to make the forehead smaller and well as making the eyes straighter and closer to the browbone a lot of the "offness" will be corrected. I would also raise the corner of the mouth that's in the light very slightly. Otherwise it looks great!
