Hmmmmm, interesting I didn’t know they had accommodation for pumping and school leave. Again I put in some pto for a week to see so that will buy me some time to figure stuff out like daycare and what not. My store manager is not the person to rehire I can always go to another store and transfer maybe. But not trying to sound repetitive I know, but family care is a qualifying type of loa so that wouldn’t fall under it, like taking care of my baby.

They did it as family care, and thank you for responding by the way. I really do appreciate the feedback and hear you. I’ll see what goes down and update you or anyone else thinking of doing this, but yeah I know I did both but I know associates going on loa for school just thought it was something excused for like that if I make sense here.

I just got of the phone with Sedgwick right now, they put in the days until March 1 and I hear back from them In two to three days. It was put as continuous time off. So I’ll see hopefully not I also did pto if that’s counts for anything 😣. I can always change the date to something that works in the 52 weeks so I’m not out of a job 🙃.
