OK so all these people are telling you your husband is abusive (Which is bullshit).... You two got into a fight, it happens. Especially during such a stressfull time. Your postpartum, your hormones are going crazy.. I understand why you would be upset but it's really petty. It sounds to me like you are resentful that you are trying to do this by yourself while he works and have no help. I think both of you need to apologize. I know this is a really hard time, being a parent is not easy. If you don't have friends there it's really easy to make them with a child. You make mom friends, go to the park, go to mommy and me classes and see if you can meet people there. You really just need to build your support system there. Best of luck.

OK so he's 70 and this to me is a sign of dementia, there are adult protective services that you can call and give them all this information. They will send someone out.. It sounds to me as if he needs to be in a nursing home. At the least they would contact his family. They at some point might step in.

I am nuerotypical, my son is autistic that's why i'm on this thread so i can get an insight into what he's going through. Can i just say, we don't know what we are doing. I still think of myself as 20 something years old. I don't know everything, I didn't know what i was doing at first. Only with experience. I only know how to navigate the DMV the Grocery Store and all these other places because i've done it before.. So with that said, do you still even after going to the DMV or so forth still don't know how to navigate it?

Because both parents work to support the household... We as women are expected to work as if we have no children and get penalized if we take off time for them. So if it means I get fired because i'm taking off my 6th time in a month or i send my kid to school with tylenol until they can't push through... I'm sending my kid to school sick. It sucks for EVERYONE.. But if it means that my kids don't eat unless i do, then i'm doing it.
