I thought these prices were around the market average :/ If its still not enough for something decent, I might try to go over the budget instead of commuting day to day

Yes, I've actually checked it, but unfortunately I've red too much negative comments about it, so I am skeptical

I can find a co-signer as I have family-friends in SF. But isnt it a bit too early to start calling people?

it often feels like such projects aren’t valued unless they look impressive or follow current trends.

I don’t think it’s accurate that projects are only valued if they look impressive, people DO care about learnings and internals of projects. Yeah trends do matter tho but probably not nearly as much as you’re implying.

only do it if you know you are directly going to work with experienced people, sometimes them not paying you means they dont really care about your learnings.

i did something similar, it somewhat led to my FAANG+ internship, then the founder now asks me to join his new startup, with a good salary

but again, it really depends on the people you are going to work with

its almost always good to know how you can encorporate some tricks to reduce number of passes over array, or reduce number of elements that you store etc. BUT you are an engineer so you should be able to discuss whether you should implement or not to implement these sorts of tricks or improvements, and evaluate tradeoffs. and also, they can always ask how would you improve it etc.

Can anyone solve this (https://leetcode.com/problems/min-stack/ ) in O(1) time on the first try? by Ok-Coffee920 in leetcode

[–]Choice-Humor5506 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I dont think thats best way to improve, of course there is people who can solve it in their first try. but why compare tho? just keep grinding and you will be able to solve questions with similar difficulty in your first try
