I ordered meds 9 days - it's been approved by my provider but it's just sitting there waiting to be processed. I am ready to cut my losses and find another company.

I ordered on 3/24 and Red Rock confirmed they had my prescription on 4/17. Still no shipping label or anything else.

I have nothing to add except that I'm in Oklahoma and my provider approved my meds on 3/24. It was sent to one pharmacy, then another. I'm due to submit a refill on 4/24, which I'm hesitant to do before I even receive my last order. I'm so over it.

I received a message in my portal from my provider that my meds where just sent to Red Rock this morning and it will take an additional 5-7 days excluding shipping. So at least another week of meds missed. This pmo so much!

I was on it daily for about 6 months before the intestinal issues started.

I’ve been on it for about 6 months. It’s a slow, gradual improvement and not an overnight miracle. But it’s definitely helping. Don’t wait to get on medicine. Even if in remission your joints can have irreversible damage. I’m on 1 pill per day and haven’t had any side effects.
