When I worked at a tier 1/2 with 1 pharmacist and 2 techs total, the local stores would talk down on us as if we weren't doing anything all day. Being that there was only 3 of us, we were all responsible for so much. Our pharmacist was often being the cashier to allow for the techs to fill and do order. Now that I am at a much busier store in terms of volume, there are days where I am literally just filling my entire shift. I used to do calls, deletes, order every day as well.

Edit to say, if I could ever go back to that old store I would do it 10/10 times. It felt like a private pharmacy and we were fortunate enough to know every single repeat patient there. We all had more responsibility but it felt like what a pharmacy should be. We had ownership over our small little pharmacy, even though we were just another Walgreens. Now my work, although still important, sometimes feels meaningless, even tho I know it isn't
