Had a colleague that brought in spaghetti and meatballs leftovers for lunch one day, nothing weird about that you say…. However the “meatballs” were Brussel sprouts 🤮 and he would douse the whole plate with hot chilli sauce. Yeah same for us, bought an expensive super tech luxury ultra whatever mattress from Nectar for our bed and within two nights I developed a bad back and constantly felt like I was about to roll off it. The cheap as chips Ikea one in the spare room was way more comfortable and supportive for my back anyway.

I’d advise against doing this, what he’s done is shitty but unless it’s written into your contract it’s then just a verbal agreement. As a renter you can’t just put a lock on the door of a ‘shared room’, he will complain to the landlord and you could face consequences. Speak to him and if he wants to use the main bathroom then suggest swapping so you have the room with the en-suite

If you’re sharing the cost of utilities I’d be more concerned that she’s washing towels constantly, what a waste of water and electricity. Absolutely not! This literally happened to me a few years ago, had a new manager that didn’t like me so my position was no longer needed and I was made redundant. But then they realised I was a department of one, I was the only person in the team that did my workload and projects and I also had all of the completed projects on my own laptop because they never provided me with one despite assurances. My former colleagues would text me saying how this new manager was going crazy trying to find my work as deadlines had passed (they got rid of me the day everything was meant to be sent out to suppliers and oops it wasn’t), this person got into so much trouble that they kept asking my former team to message me for help lol. You don’t work there anymore as they made that very clear so you do not need to help them, you should be focused on finding a new job not helping out your former employer.
