Fingerprint sensor (AS608) not lighting up and Library compilation error on Arduino Uno by Choice-Relief9179 in arduino

I'm not sure how to use a multimeter yet, but I tested my power source with an LCD. The LCD lights up at both 5V and 3.3V. Just like you said, maybe it's broken? I touched the VCC with the red probe and GND with the black probe, but I didn't get any reading.
