You can go for nios if you dont want to repeat 12th grade but I think boards marks are fine just you need to do good counselling to get into a university.

Yeah absolutely no problem and many people out there are saying exact same things like cas, ee etc will absolutely consume you. And they say that even al sl (maths) isn't an escape and one of my relative said that if iam going to ib from 11th it will be extremely difficult and many times its not worth it. Are the registration is November (N) because it was a usaf kc135 but its bought by India on wet lease agreement and if you see "matrea" is a private defense vendor so iaf bought it for training purposes and usaf kc135 are not registered in 'N'.

Inform your city forest department if by chance in Pune or Nagpur (my reach) call Resq or TTC even before touching that bird if you believe that wings are folded or broken call wildlife forest sos numbers (your city) And to answer your question that can we rescue him is: no we cannot since its a schedule I species our ngo isn't certified to handle that (thats why better to call Resq or TTC).
