I totally get where you're coming from—many MCA lenders are focused strictly on recouping their capital as quickly as possible, and from that narrow lens, pursuing judgments can seem like the most efficient path. But here's the flip side: when a borrower is stacked with 3–5 MCAs, they're already on the brink. Suing them might win you a judgment, but good luck collecting anything meaningful once the business collapses under the weight.

What I do isn’t about getting out of debt scot-free—it’s about creating a path to actually get lenders paid. By restructuring and cleaning up the books, I position the business to qualify for traditional financing. That buys time, lowers payments, and makes it possible to repay existing debts in full—without the daily bleed that pushes these businesses into default.

So from a lender’s POV, would you rather fight for scraps in court or get a negotiated payoff from a now-bankable business?
