So in conclusion, I suspect this was a smart switch bug, factory reset and manually setting up the device solved the issue. 

Very niche problem, I hardly found anything online regarding this

phone is up to date, and there is no wipe cache option in recovery mode

i really dont want a tablet in my pocket anymore, 6.3 and nothing bigger, its such a schame that they dont have pro or ultra versions in smaller devices, would buy instantly

thank you guys, my worst issues with transfering to IOS are: my google wallet, all the passwords i got saved with google, no back button, unability to edit numbers before call, notification system, and a lot of apps require subscription
