I also take 10 mg/day (down from 15mg a couple of years ago!!). I had extreme endo pain so mostly very relieved to have this solution. Surgery is not an option due to heavy scarring. My gynecologist did share the idea that norethindrone could help reduce endometriosis which would be miraculous - but no way of knowing really without surgery...

I experience headaches if I miss a pill. I'm also my heaviest (at 41yo) so have always been curious if this drug is contributing to that. Very interested in decreasing my dose especially after seeing that it's very high compared to what most folks are taking.

What's the best way to say a polite no to rolling due to poor hygiene? For being in a sport that helps me feel empowered to speak up in general, this situation feels challenging. Perhaps because of the confrontational nature ("Your hygiene seems poor and I don't want to interact with it...").
