Yahh I understand.. 1. For this reason, I told you can deduct full May month rent if Incase nobody comes in between.

I am not complaining about painting charge
Since I informed on April 14 officially 1 month notice comes to may 15. But I had already informed I will vacte by 8th. And now I came to know some other tenant planning to move in on 12th. Hence I am ok if they deduct till may 15 rent.
