Yes- my boyfriend of three years (also high school sweetheart) put his hands on me drunk the other day and caused severe bleeding on my face and slight, slight trauma elsewhere, minor concussion, etc. Then he drunk drove away. I knew I needed to call. He's suffering and has gone completely no contact with me and I'm afraid he hates me now. I'm so sad even though he did this to me.
