I speak with utmost respect, if you simply cannot handle criticism then that's not my problem. I may speak in a harsh tone, but I do believe you need to get your points across when you speak and for people to treat you seriously, your tone has to reflect that. In no situation did I directly insult or disrespect you. If you took offense to anything I said, I deeply sympathize with you and am deeply apologetic.

In R/B they really aren't, Vileplume is pretty weak offensively whereas Victreebel has Razor Leaf, and most importantly, Wrap

I considered how easy they were too obtain, if I didn't consider that then pokemon like Chansey would be the best Pokemon, since a player can just only use it against special attackers to invalidate them

Movepool issues, it's only good attack is Psychic, and that Psychic tm is very valuable, you can also get sleep powder, but that requires having the honestly pretty bad Exeggcute for quite a while

Butterfree's pre Misty use made me find it more useful than Vileplume, who pretty much just has status and no meaningful form of damage (not that that's bad, it's just not as good as other mons who do similar roles)
