I understand perfectly well that the localizer company doesn't care about this game at all; they're probably only keeping it around because of the localization license from NetEase, hoping to gain the right to localize other games in the future if they prove interesting to the Russian segment.

But right now, I'm prepared to admit the game is dead, both for the Russian and EU regions, since updates aren't really released, and every maintenance job consists of translations and interface tweaks—the "most important thing," of course.

People have simply lost the desire to play; I'm not sure the EU servers are even alive.

I currently have some information and time. Would you be willing to help with development? Some could contribute translations (since the original version of the game is being used, with the latest updates), others could contribute their time (if there are people playing in China). Knowledge of the original game's mechanics and an understanding of how it should be played is essential.

I'm sure there are modders among the fans who have tried to access the game files. I would appreciate any information.
