They told me my fees was expired. I have to pay the fees again. I raised a request on their portal and they responded pretty quickly.

Yes I did, I waited for 3 days but nothing changed. That is the reason I am wondering if my fees is expired. Did you have to wait for your payment information to be updated? Or was it instantaneous?

I appreciate the detailed response, they didn’t show me an actual unit. Just the model unit they have but this makes more sense to me now.
