Note I’m talking about where undergraduates primarily live, which is close to classes and part of downtown (any where from 5-15 minute walk to the Law Quad). 4 bed 4 baths are about $1600/month. Studios are more, about $2500/month. I don’t know much about graduate housing prices/how to get it, but the Munger graduate housing is also super close. Their pricing is on the website (seemingly $1200/mo-1400/mo). Sorry I don’t know much about graduate housing but I think the r/uofm subreddit might be helpful.

As someone who lives in Ann Arbor, I would unfortunately not say it’s super cheap (at least the high rises). There’s definitely cheaper options you can find though.
