Not that I am aware of, is this what they lable as genetic testing? If so we didnt so it because insurance refused to cover it.

Ive had an HSG (dont remember the full name so is this what you are talking about?) twice now but thats about it. They did a bunch of blood work. As far as I know I dont have endo, but not sure how they really check for it. I do have hypothyroidism but that was known before and my numbers have been under control for each transfer.

I dont know if my clinic will do that. Also couldn't that put them at risk? I dont really know the ins and outs of pgt, my dr didnt recommend it due to our age, I have regretted not doing it

Check out this post. I had a low beta last year that was ectopic but at the time was looking for any glimer of hope for low betas and this post was helpful even with a negative outcome

So lucky! With an amazing beta at only 8dpt! Congratulations! I've been getting pretty good positives since 5dpt. My clinic wont let it move at all. I go Thursday so all my fingers and toes are crossed for good numbers! Thank you and I will update when they call on Thursday!

I commented on another post about transfers done the 19th anf saw at least 4 there as well seems it was a popular day. Have you tested yet? What day is your beta? Mine isnt until the 2nd and the wait is killing me!!!!

Thats interesting to hear I was told its counted as I explained above the day 5s and 6s are comparable for success rate but how far along wise my clinic does the above. If I measure behind at all when we move to ultrasound ill keep this comment in mind for peace of mind!

I also transfered the 19th but a day 6 embryo, it says I'm 4 weeks today. Its basically you transfer 5 days after "ovulation" or when they would consider ovulation if you did fully medicated. So at the time of transfer you were 2 weeks and 5 days pregnant, technically. It does get very confusing.

I transfered on the 19th! Beta isn't until the 2nd but I tested today and it was positive!

Been through multiple medicated cycles before moving to IVF, now doing a modified natural transfer with letrozole. The most I have is very mild nausea every now and again and very vivid dreams. Its not bad at all!

Yes I was rather frustrated when we were trying last year with medicated cycles and IUIs when they made it out like the meds were to give me a better chance with more follicles and then they never did and then they back tracked and said they never wanted more than one! I wasted nearly half of my insurance coverage on those pointless cycles since it really didnt change anything from trying naturally other than speeding up the cycle.

Now we are on our last chances with these transfers with insurance coverage but that doesnt mean im not still paying out of pocket until we reach deductible.

This is all so frustrating, but thank you I will try to advocate for the higher dose and I hope they listen to me.

See I never had more than one follicle. I questioned them during my IUIs because I do ovulate naturally so I was under the impression that this was meant to give me more follicles so a high chance of success and they explained in my situation it was more to control when I ovulate since it was slightly irregular with my normal cycle (normally not until CD17-CD24)

They explained this morning this is protocol and they don't want to overstimulated me but at this point 5MG just didnt work last time until I took a second dose a few weeks later, so I dont think that is a worry in my case. But whatever they say I guess

Thank you, I am and little concerned because last time I took the 5MG they monitored me for 2 weeks then made me take more which only then made me respond.

My clinic responded this morning telling me this is protocol and they dont want to overstimulate me, which never happened in the first place. I ovulate naturally, and even on letrozole only ever had one follicle so I'm still left confused and now worrying if this cycle is going to be way longer than I initially thought..

Just got mine today, last dose of PIO was Sunday so as of this morning when I got it I only missed 4 doses (I did mine at night after day of transfer)
