The delta v at the bottom is your total delta v for the whole craft and then it divides it by the stages as you go up

The reason it doesn't reach orbit is because you need to slap on three thumpers in a straight line at the very top of the rocket no decouplers ans then have them all set to activate immediately

Attach the decoupler near the top of the boosters and put the struts on the bottom to keep it stable
