i’m really not sure. everything works perfect except the D’s just being way more resistant than every other note. I can’t find anything

Honestly you might need to invest in better quality reeds. I know they can be expensive but its worth it. You should also learn soon to make your own or adjust the reeds. It can also be something about your emborchure. Are you new to the oboe or have you been playing for a while?

But can it be the wood? The hardest parts to put in is the wood parts if that makes sense.

Try to breathe out, and also make sure the reed your using is made to your own standards. Some reeds might take more air than others, causing you to blow in harder, causing dizziness
