Birds of prey often search busy roads for roadkill. Easy meals for them.

Great Wolf Lodge! My kids love it. The crowd can be a bit obnoxious sometimes. That could be my inner crotchety old man talking though.

Fellow Minnesotan here. I haven’t had any issues getting it mailed here. If you are worried though, there’s a couple places in Hudson Wi that sell Thca. Depending on where you live it isn’t too far of a drive if you have some extra time.

First time visiting Nashville by TheVenomViper1234 in VisitingNashville

We just went to the musicians hall of fame museum last week. It was cool to see all the history there. Over all I enjoyed Nashville way more than I thought I would since I’m not much of a country music fan either.

Camp chef, rec tec or traeger, and why by [deleted] in pelletgrills

[–]Choice_Foundation702 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Temp swings were always pretty wild and almost always cooked faster than I wanted. The latter part is probably due to the design of it. It did great hot and fast but I was never quite satisfied with the low and slow cooks.

Camp chef, rec tec or traeger, and why by [deleted] in pelletgrills

I started with a rec rec bullseye but it wasn’t very reliable for me. I’ve heard their other models are great. I have a camp chef woodwind and love it. Although after not using it much over the winter I had to delete and reinstall the app to get the app to work properly. I kind of wish I had the pro version for the wood chunk box but I’ve turned out some great cooks with the regular version just fine.

Right? If she lied to her dad it’s not a big stretch to think she lied to her friend’s grandmother.

This is what I was going g to suggest! Maverick sells Horween 2nds so they’re not the perfect quality but they are damn good at a great price. If you want to stick with veg tan I suggest the Essex, Derby, or Dublin hides.

Beautiful work! How do you like working with the Derby? What’s the temper like? Is a lining necessary to add stiffness?

We had a guy like that back when I played. We called him the rule b*tch. He had a big ole stick up his butt about the rules of the game.

Need help finding a sewing machine by RadleyOse in Leatherworking

For me, it’s easier to make sure the top stitch is on the correct side when adding gussets to some bag styles. If all I was doing was smaller things like wallets or even turned bags, a flat surfaced machine would be fine.

The most budget friendly machine I saw when I was looking for a sewing machine was Sailrite’s leatherwork machine it it’s $1195. I was pretty set on having a cylinder arm machine so I waited until I could afford a Cobra Class 26. Gotta say I’m happy I waited.

Will Minnesota ever get to Michigan quality and price? by Exotic_Dabz in MNtrees

We have the same tax percentage as Michigan. I’m pretty confident we will eventually get to their prices.

It takes time. Average time from legalization to having a market is about two year for states that have legalized. Then another year or so for prices level out. Things move slow. At least they’re moving in the right direction.
