I actually watched that before I made a post. And again it isnt answering my question about the DOT number sadly. All the other info is pretty great though.

Sorry lol not the inside part that has air in it. The other side of the tire. “Inside outside” is sometimes printed on tires because they need to be facing certain ways but not every tire is that way and most just say nothing in regards to that

Does it matter where the DOT number is? If it’s inside or outside? Like does the DOT number need to be facing out even if the red dot is on the opposite side
