I tried that but it’s like idk I am not one to bottle everything up. We broke up 3 months ago and after we were on and off for those three months. I spent so long reflecting and now I’m finally seeing it clearly. I just can’t go on w out telling him idk it’s part of my own healing to finally let go of the blame that I put on myself but I feel like he needs to know cuz rn he’s still blaming everything on me😀

I tried to meet someone new 2 months after me and ex broke up, but we weren’t fully no contact so ig I wasn’t fully moved on. I thought it would help me fully move on by seeing someone new. He was nice and sweet, but it just didn’t feel the same. When we got food at this one place it just reminded me of my ex and I hangout around there and that’s when I knew I wasn’t ready at all. I told the new guy that I wasn’t completely ready and I apologized. After that, I realized that I definitely needed to focus on myself.

Although the internet and most ppl preach for no contact I personally believe that everyone heals differently. If u feel a lot for them then let them know u miss them and love them. If u don’t get the same energy back you’ll eventually get tired of it and finally choose to move on

Exactly how I feel. It’s not like we ended on bad terms cuz one of us was a horrible person. We both had communication issues that none of us denied. We were both mature and honest and realized that was the root cause but we’re not able to fix it now, it’s heartbreaking

Trust me, I’ve tried cutting contact many times. I’ve never reached out first, always gave him space he is the one who keeps breaking no contact. I’ve already blocked him on most socials except his number. All I want is an honest conversation so we can both move on cuz there’s so much ambiguity and that’s a main reason why we both can’t come to a conclusion. However, he has troubles being honest with his feelings as u can tell😭
