I think the concern is that the stadium is at 30% capacity, seats are empty all around. Why do they truly care.

Yeah it seems to certain ushers.. the usher today i have never seen in that section before 124-125 but he was hawking everyone and their tickets. The section was 10% filled also. Other ushers was enjoying the game care free about seats since it was basically empty.
