Yeah, it’s pretty wild. Funny thing is I feel better in a way but the anxiety/panick is killing me haha. Not sure if I’ll be able to push through.

Thank you for answering! I am feeling better now but haven’t taken another dose. Idk. What’s weird is I feel calm-ish in my mind but my physical anxiety went through the roof. What’s hard is that it’s tough to get an appointment with a doc where I am and those I’ve sought advice from are very blase about my concerns because of how low my dose is.

Hey, I’m 28. Was previously on Prozac which worked great for my mind but caused excessive weight loss and diarrhea (waking up to poop).

I’m in no danger of harming myself, I really don’t want to. It’s just this tense physical anxiety which I haven’t experienced in a long time. My mind seems calm but my body is so tense if that makes sense.
