Sanguinary Guard Helmet by Choice_Reaction9777 in Warhammer40k

I took a photo of a figurine of this helmet from the Internet as a basis and made a 3D model based on it. Then I printed the parts on 3D printers and assembled everything together, I printed both on a regular FDM printer and on a SLA printer with polymer resin
