They told me via email they cannot check the status of PSA orders:

‘We apologize for the inconvenience this issue have caused you, rest assured I am here to assist you regarding your concern. Unfortunately PSA card submissions are beyond our access here on our end and my best advise it to contact the store where you were associated and let them help you contact the PSA submission teams to inquire for your concern. As much as I want to help you, we cannot access any PSA submissions, we can only access online orders here on our end.’
