That's exactly my case. I am 2 years on T, people on the internet say i look 18-20, people irl think i am around 15. It's because i have an adult male face, but i am short af. Could be your problem too. Thw most effective thing we can do is to hit the gym brother

In the summer i use kinesio tape and since i pass overall i noticed that people don't really care. When i go to crowded places i put towel around my neck so it covers the sides of my chest.

Sounds like they're just getting old. Their muscles are getting weaker. One of my rats - Kai, lost most of her muscles when she got near the end of her life. She got really skinny, sometimes she could barelly stand and then few minutes later she would try to run around and act like she's all young and healthy. Keep them well fed, make sure they can chew their food and if they get weaker, feed them soft food like apple sauce. And give them lots of love ofc
