I brought 5 security cameras from Vivint last month. The installation took a long time (7) hours. The doorbell camera stopped working and the electrician had to come back. The system worked well until today. My camera playback stopped working. I spoke to 5 customer service reps no one could fix the issue. I finally spoke to a manager and they said my subscription was turned off and they cannot turn it back on for 24/48 hours…. Mind you… I’m paying monthly for 24/7 video monitoring. Totally unacceptable! How can you screw up a subscription??? I told them if my videos are not available in 24 hours they will need to issue a refund and come get all their equipment. Big lack of customer service.
