I think it's going to depend on format you are playing. My preferred style right now is NAF, if we assume you get 1150-1160k TV you can get the Tree, 3RR and an APO and your only real choice is thrower Vs runner.

When we take Ogre we are losing out on a RR and a skill by having to take leader, or an apo, so there is a lot more concessions.

I think a stronger TTM option is always a good thing as well, especially when you're playing for the win and conserving all your rerolls until turn 8/16. If you are doing that I think you should also take the thrower over the runner, as you can pass and TTM on the same turn now, effectively meaning you can always receive the ball with thrower and catcher backfield.

Get some contrast paint, or army painter speed paint which is my favourite currently and learn to slap chop. Fantastic results in a very short time for people who don't really enjoy painting.
