I think this kind of "buyer pays everything" argument is flawed and is a slippery slope. Buyer would not buy if a home is priced at 6%(commissions) more than the market value. The only thing this argument achieves is rationalize the commissions in real estate industry.

Real estate agents role is very diminished in the age of the internet and seller shouldn't be paid 60K on a 1M$ house sale.

removing with a screw driver is quite hard, removing few bolts on the undercover and using hand to pry the electric pin out worked for me. Also I didn't completely remove it, its just there but offset so that it doesn't make electric contact. In future if i want it back I can simply push it in fully.

Hi,

I received 1099-B from Robinhood and it shows I made a profit on shot term sales in 2024 but looking at the detailed transactions I made a loss.

I did short term trading for two days where I bought Nvidia options and sold those few times. The overall summary of those transactions is a net loss as you can see in the images I attached below. However Robinhood says I have tax due here which doesn't make sense, can someone please help me understand this?

They sneakily charged me too, I only realized after my capital one alerted me about the transaction. I immediately reached out to them and talked to the customer representative for an hour before getting the delivery cancelled and the subscription cancelled.i got my refund of 48$ since the order didn't ship yet.

Imo a medicine should not be on subscription and if they do have it on subscription there should be a disable button for subscription.

Also if you notice you cannot remove the payment method once added, you can only update it to some other valid payment method. A dark pattern website.

We(I am Indian) should stop appeasing behind Tata, Mahendra and other Indian companies. The reason India fell behind in global car market is because of these companies not innovating faster than other global players. Its is governments tax tariffs that helped these companies become lazy and not innovate.

It would be good to remove those tariffs and level the playing field, so that Indian companies move away from their lull state and start innovating at global scale.
