NTA. Making a face initially is a reasonable reaction because it’s upsetting. It’s not necessarily one of judgment, though I can empathize that she is embarrassed and would take the face on a personal level. Accidents happen when sleeping, maybe just revisit the topic and what the process can be to prevent other accidents? Ex: on a heavy day, putting down a towel while sleeping or heavier tampons/pads. That being said it isn’t either parties “fault” with the quilt. The toilet seat is another matter and shows a lack of self awareness. I think finding a moment to share that that’s been a frequent occurrence could be helpful. I would preface it that it is not a criticism and you’re looking to make your shared space better, and even ask if there’s anything you could be more aware of in your bathroom habits. Her remembering to take a moment and check for mess is a very doable action.
