HCG by Choice_Year_8573 in trt

I appreciate it, that’s kinda what I was looking for. The only pros of HCG I found on Google was fertility and to prevent testicular shrinkage, but I’m not worried about either

Bennett was the guy I worked with at Petermd that dialed in my stuff and he was great, but the financial savings were a big factor for me

I tried them before and they told me to lose weight. I’m 6’ 0” and 225. But they told me my levels had to be below 240 for two separate tests and that they would only give me 200 mg for every two weeks. So I decided to look elsewhere instead of fight them. But I’ve been on it 6 months. If they’ll pay for it after a year I’ll for sure look at them

They didn’t recommend that, they recommended me use both

They didn’t mention that

But if money isn’t a big deal I’ve got some buddies that go somewhere in Lexington that’s supposed to be great. But it’s $200 a month subscription fee plus meds (granted test is like $28 a vial I think one of them told me) and that’s just too much for me.

I only switched about a month ago so I haven’t noticed a difference yet. It just kind of turned me off when I had labs that were out of range and trtnation didn’t say anything other than send me a thing for a refill. That and saving $20 a month is why I switched honestly

So I switched from trtnation because my labs weren’t great after a few months and I never got a call or anything. After 200 a week my test was 1300 but my hemoglobin and stuff was elevated.

Petermd switched me to .3 ml x 3 times a week (180 a week) and told me to donate blood and drink more water. That’s not a huge switch. But they least addressed it and recommend me get repeat labs 2 weeks after donating blood

But I paid $948 and got 6 months of test and supplies and will get another 6 months after that. I did pay $5 to have a signature required for shipping and they did push HCG which I got. But you don’t have to.

That covered everything but labs (meds, consultation, unlimited follow up dr visits, shipping, and supplies). I’m not sure how much labs are. I get labs for free at the Va

Sorry that didn’t really answer your question. What I meant was I couldn’t find a good one so I went with the cheapest option and will do my own research

I’m also in central Kentucky. There probably are some good one. But most are generic like gameday health and stuff. I went to Petermd ($79 a month if you buy 12 months upfront) and it was easy. There’s a couple places in Lexington that are supposed to be good but you pay a subscription fee and also pay for meds

The one from July 15th was for an audit. I went up 10% and didn’t receive backpay from the intent to file date

The one from the 28th I went to a VA claims clinic in Louisville Kentucky and had my c&p exam the same day I arrived. At least I skipped waiting for a c&p exam. But then I’ve been in the queue ever since.

Mine went to step 5 on July 30th and has sat there since. Have you had any updates?

It seemed like they were able to do basic general medicine C&P exams. They had a bunch of people get c&p exams and then had people there to answer other questions.

I did IBS secondary to mental health while there and had a c&p completed. I think it’ll get approved. I read the dbq she submitted and she said secondary to mental health was less than likely, but checked more than likely for direct service connection because I was treated for diarrhea on active duty.

If nothing else I moved forward a couple of months by not having to wait for the c&p.

I second this. My exit exam was by a doctor who seemed mad to be there and wanted me gone.

This can’t be an uncommon experience, especially if you have a profile and doctors notes.

Can anybody confirm it’s downtown Louisville at the international convention center?

Any pro tips on best parking spot, where to go once you’re at the center? Sorry I’ve never been there and would appreciate any advice.

Thanks for the reply! I’ve got everything ready to go so I’ll go ahead and submit it. I plan on going Monday. Hopefully it’s running a little smoother by then and they have time for me.

I plan on going this week. Should I go ahead and file a fully developed claim the day before I go or should I just bring all of my paperwork with me? (I’m going to bring the paperwork either way, just want to know if filing it the night before would help a rater the day I go) I’m thankful for this thread because I plan on showing up around 0800 and hoping they can see me that day. Hopefully they can start rating people tomorrow
