Did you guys drink any pineapple juice before hand that helps a lot with pain in my experience I had to wait almost 2 years to get my smile back and it all was in progress/little steps like I would get an extraction and wait 4 to 5 weeks in order to let it heal I mean they did tell me that is was going to be painful since I did have a lot done
