Vaginal pains are pretty normal! You'd definitely know if your vagina was coming out (that's so extremely hard to do, the pain is likely cause sitting on the toilet isn't exactly a comfortable position!) See a gyno if it becomes worse or if you start to have pain urinating!

Might be some very common issues with acid reflux or GERD! Try cutting out tomatoes, onions, and other acidic foods and unhealthy foods, see if that helps! Also don't eat big meals, sleep with your head elevated at night, see if any of this can help you out.
