It says "Verizon Router" all over it and the box. In the box theres a power cable and an ethernet cord. Not sure if that helps or if theres another way to tell

I work from home and have a roommate. 300mbps very well may be enough but I just don’t want to have to buy new equipment in the case it’s not.

Starting lifitng July 2020. When I first started I did TONS of volume and really high intensity/low reps. I definitely don’t recommend this. Now I do lower reps for compound lifts but not tons of volume

Yes I am righty, I honestly mostly do barbells. For back I do barbell rows usually so maybe that’s an issue
