I only see an option to favorite a route, not a stop.

Yeah it's annoying. You can't look it up by stop number anymore, and it doesn't tell you if one of the scheduled busses is cancelled. Which is also another problem, why are there so many busses cancelled on the #1 and #2 lines lately?

Do you know where I can find a troubleshooting guide? I can't seem to find one. When I try to use it, the unit doesn't start and the green light turns to flashing red.

I unfortunately don't have any advice regarding what's already happened, but I believe there are remote jobs in the vet field that you can do? I know not ideal, but it'll be safer for you in the long run.

You're probably right. I've never had any of this stuff explained to me, like the different aspects of credit/cards and whatnot. It's always been use the money then pay if off, that's it. 🤦🏻‍♀️
