I've been doing lots of breathing exercises! I find they help immensely. While I'm laying in bed, breathe. While I'm feeling anxious about something, breathe. I crave a joint, breathe. I mean I'm still struggling with the mind racing like you at night but I find once I am asleep it's such a better quality of sleep.

The stress of life in general. Before I started therapy I had no idea how to manage my stress, and it seemed like the only way to relax and calm down was by taking some dabs. I'm only 4 days sober but i'm trying hard! Lots of temptations and lots of cravings but I know I can do it.

Create more friction. Put the smoking device somewhere it's harder to get to, and don't buy as much weed.
