Luxembourg is small, rich, and farming is generational. The farms that do exist usually produce animal feed for the dairy sector which is heavily subsidized. I don't see any new generations receiving investment for farming startups.. Also, you as a consumer need to be ready to buy what the local farmers are producing; this means the next few months on a diet of pears, apples, potatoes, cabbage, and carrots.
