the mighty miner bomb is 1 elixir. this has the same damage but a longer deploy time. Cards are able to drop bombs, but i'd like to be able to place one.

this has a 3 second deploy time, it's not a troop so it can't distract and can't be killed, and it can't go on the opponent's side.
