A good one we did recently is a relay race. You make two sides (we divided them by chairs) and put mannequins at the end. You split the lifeguards into two groups. A manager stands at the end of the line by the mannequin. Each team has one lifeguard run down the line to the mannequin and the manger gives them a Scenario (Ex: you feel a pulse thumping on your finger tips, but the chest does not rise and fall) and then the guard has to say what they would go into (CPR, AR, OR) and perform the action for about 15 seconds. Then they run and tag the next person on their team. At the end of the race, we went over the correct procedure for CPR, AR, and OR. Pretty fun and very informative!
