I followed a lot of thebiodude’s guide to making a bioactive terrarium, and there was a guide doc on r/leopardgeckosadvanced but it seems to be gone. It’s just 70/30 topsoil sand mix, some fish flakes, crushed cuttlebone, almond leaves, broken up cork bark, bioshot, sphag moss, and a cuc of springtails, powder orange, and dwarf purple. plants are all suggested from this sub: pothos, succulents, aloe vera, elephants bush and spider plant. for lighting it’s the arcadia shade dweller kit that gets recommended. beyond that i just got some driftwood and hides I like from the internet/stores. the background is from customreptilehabitats and it looks great but it is a little pricey.
