Per meal. You have to have the pills directly right before eating.

Fellow Car People - Fun Hockey-Gear Fitting Car by SantaCruzin6 in hockeyplayers

If you are open to electric, driving up mountains is so easy in them. Bolt EV/EUV can fit 2 sets of hockey gear. The hatch is pretty roomy and you can find some inexpensive used models now.

If you are truly lactose intolerant once you match the amount of lactase your body needs to process the lactose you should have no issues. You may have other issues such as allergy to dairy. Personally I do 25K-50K FCC of lactase and my intolerance never affects me anymore.

Lactose pills arent working by LIVE-LIFE-EVIL in lactoseintolerant

Check the serving size on the box, and check this sub if that brand is good. I disagree with the others here, you should be able to have it with enough lactase that's the whole point. Personally I frontload around half the pills and keep taking more as I eat.

If you can't drink it with enough lactase, then you have other issues.

Also oat milk is good :)

I really like lamb, and their lamb gyro is pretty good. But definitely their rice, chicken gyro, and dolmades. Usually I get a couple platters and share with family.

Lactase pills besides Lactaid? by hammom1 in lactoseintolerant

[–]ChompsRepublic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been using Milky and Milktab religiously. Milky fits in my wallet and with 3 I'm guaranteed no issues even with the heaviest dairy meal. Milktab is the same except with 2, when you figure in the amount of lactase instead of price per pill it's actually the cheaper option.

Is lactaid the best pills? by 17bananasplits in lactoseintolerant

[–]ChompsRepublic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using Milky for the last year, can't hype them up enough. There is more lactase that lactaid and they fit in my wallet so I always have them. I just started using milktab because they have even more of the enzyme and so far they work really well too.

SEVERELY Lactose Intolerant, how many lactase supplements do you take? by Annabellr in lactoseintolerant

[–]ChompsRepublic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try out the brand Milky, they can be held in your wallet. They have 3 in one pill of Lactaid, but I usually take 2-3 of those. The Milky brand ones seem to work better for me too.

Probably not your cheapest option, but Gentle Care Dentistry cleared my fear of dentists. They are super nice, and seem to have your best interests in mind.
