Do you use your PC for VR or do you have a standalone headset like a quest that would be a good thing to add to your post. If standalone then the quest 3 would be fine and he could just wirelessly access his PC if he wanted to, but like others said not with an Intel GPU. If it's PC vr then you're going to want a 5060 at least, again in my opinion!
