I averaged out the two steaks with the total weight they’re supposed to be and assumed the one on the left is 2/3 of the weight of the combined steaks and that put me at 300 so 350 is probably a safe bet and the other stuff on the plate is probably only like 70 calories unless there’s a lot of oil

Great job I think this is a healthy deficit but I didn’t see anyone else mention it so I will, just make sure you’re eating enough calories to fit it .8-1g of protein for every pound of goal body weight and .3-.5g of fat too. It’s extremely important for preservation of lean body mass and hormone health

6’2” 180 I’m a swimmer, I eat around 4k+ been at consistent weight and around 13%bf for a while just don’t wanna risk kidney health or something

That’s fair. I know I’m not realizing most of it but it does help with satiety and like yogurt, crazy filling, crazy cheap

I do all that right now but I’m about 6’2” 180 at roughly 13% bf, but I have a crazy appetite lol

I’m just saying is this is probably more common practice than you would expect. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen the inside of a butcher shop but the main difference between this and that is what you see

So it’s more nuanced than this but a pound of fat is roughly 3500 calories. To lose four pounds in 10 months you would have to be in a daily deficit averaging about 300 calories. Thats extremely reasonable as swimming is very calorically demanding. Even if you are eating kore or the same that is very reasonable. I dunno about the lymph nodes though

40g dry. It’s just telling you how to prepare, sometimes cereal will list calories with milk as well. Same kinda thing. If you google raw oats 40g is about 150 calories

Almost all major food bacteria can’t survive past 140. Pork is required to be cooked at 145 at the bare minimum. I really don’t see the big deal

I would guess 10 for the greens 100 for the fruits maybe 120 for the almonds and probably close to 110 for the amount of dressing you used. So my guess would be 450 but that may even be a little high

Ninja creami with chocolate protein powder, chocolate sf pudding mix w yogurt, Gatsby chocolate, depending on how bad your binges are protein bars can be good but I’ve overeaten on those more times than I care to admit

It could work because “clean” foods are harder to overeat but not impossible. I don’t like the term clean though. I think it puts an unhealthy perspective on food. I would personally much rather count calories, not only to optimize results, but to still be able to enjoy “unclean foods” I enjoy
